Martin County is seeking bids from licensed Contractors for the construction of 2,584 linear feet of a 6-foot-wide sidewalk along the west side of SE Avalon Drive, between SE Cove Road and SE Salerno Road in Stuart, FL. The work includes modifications to existing roadside swales and drainage outfall structures, including the installation of dual reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) and concrete end wall. Additionally, the project includes pavement markings and signage. Funds for this project are derived from the State of Florida Department of Transportation Local Agency Program (LAP). Therefore, the successful Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers' compensation, licenses, and registration requirements.
