The current boiler system has outlasted it useful life expectancy and could fail at any time. The preferred configuration would be to install (2) high efficiency boilers to heat the 220,000-gallon lap pool that will allow for redundancy and operate based on actual heat needed. As time is of the essence, final completion of the project will need to be completed no later than May 1, 2025.
