The Kipling Villas Greenbelts are owned and managed by Foothills Park and Recreation District. They are located in unincorporated Jefferson County, southwest of S. Wadsworth Blvd. and W. Bowles Ave. The greenbelts are long narrow irrigated turf strips on both sides of collector streets in the Kipling Villas Subdivision. The greenbelts extend from curb line to adjacent backyard fences, which are privately owned. A 5' wide concrete sidewalk runs the length of the greenbelts on both sides of the street.
