Renovation of a retail development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Question Deadline 03/31/2025 at 3:00 PM MT The project consists of the replacement of 3 roof top units that supply air conditioning at the RTD District Shops Operation Center By submitting its bid, the bidder certifies that it and each of its subcontractors possess an adequate supply of workers qualified to perform the work specified within the Contract schedule; that there is no existing or impending dispute between it and any labor organization; and that it is prepared to comply fully with prevailing wage requirements, minimum wages, maximum hours of work, and equal opportunity provisions contained in the Contract Terms and Conditions. The Bidder must enclose with the bid its bid security (e.g., Bidder's bond or certified check) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, which the Bidder agrees is to be paid to and become the property of RTD, as partial liquidated damages, should the bid be accepted and Contract awarded and the Bidder fails to enter into the Contract in the form prescribed and/or to furnish the required bonds and insurance certificates within ten days after Contract award. RTD reserves the right to postpone the bid opening for its own convenience.
