ArkDSS Groundwater Project Questions Due Jan 14, 2025 Answers Posted to online Jan 21, 2025 Questions must be submitted in writing via email Expected Proposal Evaluation Period (Subject to Change) Feb 21, 2025 - Feb 28, 2025 Expected Project Award Date Mar 3, 2025 Expected Project Start Date Mar 10, 2025 The project will not begin until all CWCB contracting agreements have been signed and executed. The contractor agrees to proceed with due diligence, completing all specified work by June 30, 2028. However, CWCB may elect to renew this agreement with the vendor awarded this bid for up to 2 additional one-year periods. Each option year extension will be at the sole discretion of CWCB. The renewal option expires after the year 2030. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
