The Procurement Contact for this solicitation is: Lisa Hollerbach Purchasing Agent Email: Lisa.Hollerbach@state.co.us Award selection and notification (Estimated) February 1, 2025 Contract/Purchase Order Start Date (Desired) February 1, 2025 The anticipated term of the CDOT Price Award and State of Colorado Purchase Order (PO) resulting from the award of this solicitation is for the initial term of date of issuance of the CDOT Price Award and subsequent State of Colorado Purchase Order (PO) through 6/30/2025 with an option for four (4) one year extensions for a maximum award of five (5) years of the CDOT Price Award. A separate Purchase Order will be issued each award year. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and to waive informalities or irregularities. By submission of a proposal, respondent agrees to the State of Colorado terms and conditions.
