Reference Number 0000371513 The Contractor shall provide facility maintenance at all areas within the agreed upon CDOT Mobility Hubs listed in this Scope of Work. The Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Scope of Work. Mobility Hubs to be maintained as part of this Contract include the following (see Figure 1 for geographic location of all North I-25 Corridor Mobility Hubs): Centerra-Loveland Mobility Hub: Located at the Rocky Mountain Avenue and East County Road 24 intersection on the northwest quadrant of the I-25/US 34 interchange at mile-marker 257. To be serviced 3 days per week. Surface lot with 200 parking spaces; both on-line (Bustang) and off-line (City of Loveland Transit-COLT) passenger boarding areas; pedestrian underpass under I-25; pedestrian walkways; two (2) bus shelter; stairs; steps; ramps and bus lanes. Berthoud Mobility Hub: Located at the northeast quadrant of the I-25/CO 56 interchange at mile-marker 250. To be serviced 3 days per week. Surface lot with 205 parking spaces; both on-line (Bustang) and off-line passenger boarding areas; pedestrian underpass under I-25; pedestrian walkways; two (2) bus shelter; stairs; steps; ramps and bus lanes. Firestone-Longmont Mobility Hub: Located at the southeast quadrant of the I-25/CO 119 interchange at mile-marker 240. To be serviced 3 days per week. Surface lot with 410 parking spaces; both on-line (Bustang) and off-line passenger boarding areas; pedestrian underpass under I-25; pedestrian walkways; three (3) bus shelters; stairs; steps; ramps; and bus lanes. I-25/SH 7 Mobility Hub (Future - Anticipated to open in 2025): Located at the southeast quadrant of the I-25/SH 7 interchange at mile-marker 229. To be serviced 3 days per week once open. Surface lot with approximately 125 parking spaces; passenger boarding area; pedestrian bridge over I-25; pedestrian walkways; three (3) bus shelters; stairs; steps; ramps and bus lanes.
