Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the addition of new storm drainage, curb and gutter and sidewalks at the MLK Jr. Park for the City and County of Denver. This work will require erosion control, demolition of existing site improvements, asphalt patching, storm inlets and piping, signage, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, concrete accessible ramps, tree protection, landscaping and irrigation. The base bid scope is along 39th Ave and there are alternates that extend the work along 39th Ave. and Olive Street on the east. Questions Deadline: January 15, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. local time. MWBE Goal: 15% As the Citys best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
