The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of the Blaine Downtown Revitalization project. The project involves sidewalk, replacement/relocations of fire hydrants, street trees, pocket parks, and related amenities along both sides of approximately 1850 LF of Peace Portal Avenue (SR 548). Work is within the City right of way along the City's "Main" Street. The work is directly next to many significant structures including historic buildings and elevated structures. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities, and accept any submittals if such action is determined to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
