As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. Howell Town will select one (1) contractor to provide a design, cost estimates, equipment, materials and labor for the project as outlined in the RFB. Howell Town is seeking to upgrade graveled roads to oiled pavement. Approximately 6,000 liner feet along 14400 N Howell Town 84316 between State Road 83 and West Canel Road. This project will include all items to prepare a graveled road surface to oiled pavement. Other requirements: a. Road: Twenty-four (24) feet wide. b. Four (4) inches of asphalt c. Extend the asphalt twenty-five (25) to the north and to the south along 18000 W where 14400 N intersects 18000W. Howell Town will provide funding for the preparation of the design and cost estimates o of this project.
