**As of April 29, 2025, the project was awarded to CWA Development Inc but the awarded amount is not available.** This project focuses on enhancing recreational opportunities at Browntown Wilderness Park by rehabilitating the St. Marys Overlook Trail and constructing a new nature trail. Funded by the Recreational Trails Program (RTP) through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, the project aims to improve the park's accessibility, sustainability, and visitor experience, while preserving its natural beauty QUESTIONS: regarding this project may be directed in writing to the Purchasing Officer, Kelsey Kelley, at bids@camdencountyga.gov. All questions shall be received by February 14, 2025 and answered by February 18, 2025. All contractors must submit with bid, a bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive. Successful supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) PERFORMANCE bond and a one hundred percent (100%) PAYMENT bond.
