**As of May 20, 2025 , This project has been awarded to JW Oliver Construction for $546,012.90..** Lake View Culvert Replacement PROJECT NUMBER: 24070A The City of Kingsland (hereinafter "Owner") is seeking sealed proposals from certified and qualified General Contractors for the replacement of three (2) CMP and (1) RCP culvert pipes on Lake View Drive, located in the Mariners Landing sub-division. The project consists of storm drainage improvements, erosion control, asphalt paving, concrete paving, traffic control and other miscellaneous items/work. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A cashiers or certified check may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. The successful Proposer, if awarded this contract, will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount The successful Proposer will receive monthly payments within 30 days after receipt and approval by the Owner's Representative of a valid invoice for those services rendered. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive All Technicalities, Reject Any or All Proposals and Make the Award in Its Best Interest.
