Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingsland, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Kingsland Welcome Center, located at 1190 East Boone Avenue, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to repair or replace its elevator system. The goal of this project is to ensure the elevator is fully operational, compliant with current safety regulations, and meets the needs of building occupants. Perform a comprehensive evaluation of the current elevator system (brand, model, age, condition, etc.). Identify issues or deficiencies in the existing system, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and safety concerns. Provide a recommendation for repair, partial upgrade, or full replacement of the elevator, depending on the assessment findings.
