Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Kingsland, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project Scope: Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and perform all labor necessary to construct the water treatment plant as shown on the Drawings and as specified. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, a new deep well, degasifier, 100,000 gallon clearwell, operations building, bulk chemical storage and feed systems, high service pump station, on-site generator, electrical work and a new SCADA system. The work also includes demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, preloading of site, settlement monitoring program, site work, yard piping, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, take offs and all other appurtenances required for completion of the work as shown and as specified. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner.
