Renovation of an educational facility in Soldotna, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-024 K-Beach Elementary School Boiler Replacement. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to demo and replace two existing boilers and domestic hot water system and controls per contract documents. Work may begin first week in June 2025. Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on January 23, 2025. Questions may be submitted through the online questions and answers section of this bid, faxed to (907) 714-2373 or emailed to purchasing@kpb.us. The subject line of the email should read, "Questions: ITB25-024 Kalifornsky Beach Elementary Boiler Replacement".
