This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service has a GAOA requirement for the repair and rehab of (5) Five Wells located at Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge (NWR). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. The performance period is 120 Day from notice to proceed. Wells 7 and 57 must be complete by 1 April 2025. The NAICS code is 237110- Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and the small business size standard is $45 Million. Bond Required, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond The Project Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Instructions: All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), see technical acceptability requirement below. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Technical Acceptability: Vendor must have successfully completed three similar projects (in terms of price, complexity, and scope) within the past 2 years. Contractor must submit documentation of applicable technical acceptability with their quote.
