Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work under this Contract consists of the following work: Owner's 13th Street Facility Emergency Backup Generator o Disconnection and removal of the existing generator and two automatic transfer switches including haul away and disposal. o Reuse of conduit and existing conductors to the extent possible and temporarily cap off where terminated. o Demolition of the original concrete pad above grade. o Construction of new concrete pad o Installation of new generator and establishing conduit connections to existing stub-ups. o Installation of new automatic transfer switch (ATS) in place of previous ATS and establishing new connections between existing conduits and new ATS. o Establishment of all electrical connections between generators and ATS. o Startup, certification of proper installation, and completion of test run of new generator. This work also includes an overcurrent protective device coordination, short circuit and arc flash study at the Owner's 13th St. Facility. Owner's Range Line Road Pump Station (BS0506) Emergency Backup Generator o Disconnection and removal of the existing generator and ATS including haul away and disposal. o Excavation of gravel inside the concrete support structure. o Demolition of the original concrete pad within the concrete support structure, removal of buried conduits from generator to ATS cabinet, capping off where terminated. o Construction of new concrete pad, installation of stub-ups in pad, and run of new buried conduits to ATS cabinet. o Refill of concrete support structure with gravel and compaction. o Installation of new generator and establishing conduit connections to newly installed stub-ups. o Installation of new ATS in existing ATS cabinet. o Establishment of all electrical connections between generator and ATS. o Startup, certification of proper installation, and completion of test run of new generator.
