Question Deadline 01/24/2025 at 11:30 AM ET All inquiries about the Bidding Documents shall be made through online It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum (5) year, (10) project documented experience in the type of Work required by this Project. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made jointly payable to the Owner in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total. Bids shall remain open for a period of sixty days from the date of Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which event the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. See Instructions to Bidders for other provisions on the time available for acceptance of Bids. The Contract will be subject to the prevailing minimum wage determination established by the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
