**As of February 21, 2025 Project has not been awarded, Anticipated award date is on March 15, 2025. .** The project is located at the Artisan & Business Center, Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, 1417 Cedar Street, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The scope of work includes demolition of existing main entrance and creating a new glass and aluminum entrance system. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for general construction work, including general conditions, demolition, concrete, masonry, studs & drywall, new door/frame/hardware, shelving and plastic laminate countertop, suspended ceiling patching, and glass storefront entrance system. The GC contract excludes the following scope of work because the Owner will be going direct for these trades: flooring, painting and electrical. NWTC reserves the right to reject any portion of a bid/proposal, or the complete bid/proposal, or all bids/proposals, and to waive any informality in bids/proposals received when such rejection or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the college.
