Pavement rehab consists of approximately 1.2 miles of asphalt pavement reconstruction and approximately 2.1 miles of full-depth reclamation; followed by 5-inch HMA overlay. Other salient features include resurfaced turnouts, recycled asphalt shoulders, pavement markings, new valley inlet and culvert, construction stormwater management, survey, and traffic control.
