Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rib Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of complete reconstruction of approximately 3 Village blocks of utility and street reconstruction. The work includes sanitary sewer replacement, watermain replacement, sewer and water laterals, storm sewer replacement, storm laterals, and street reconstruction including select crushed subbase, gravel base, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalks, asphalt pavement and restoration of all disturbed areas. Specifically the work includes: 1,135 LF 8-Inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 435 LF 6-Inch PVC Sanitary Sewer Lateral 1,250 LF 8-Inch Class 52 Ductile Iron Watermain 340 LF 1-Inch Copper Water Service 1,135 LF 12-Inch to 18-Inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe Storm Sewer 370 LF 6-Inch PVC Storm Lateral 2,520 LF 6-Inch Underdrain 1,350 CY Crushed Aggregate Base Course 1,825 CY Select Crushed Material 900 TON Asphaltic Pavement 2,520 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 4,550 SF Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway The anticipated substantial completion date is September 30, 2025 and final completion date is October 17, 2025. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
