Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Auburn, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County of Placer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Architectural consulting services which will include on-site weather protection investigations of the existing Auburn Justice Center building envelop; assessment and confirmation with recommendations and alternatives for repairs, specifying material replacements, and providing building detailing; making cost estimates; design submittals; construction documents submittals; coordination of the permit approval process; bidding assistance; construction administration and project closeout. Question Deadline 02/04/2025 at 5:00 PM PT This Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of a contract to a single firm or organization for all of the design services described here in. This RFP includes a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
