The project will include the replacement of at least four pipeline crossings underneath Interstate 80 located between Auburn, CA and Alta, CA. Key elements of the Project described in this section include: Project Site and Location Project Scope Project Budget Project Permits and Approvals Project Schedule PCWA intends to contract with the successful Respondent for a project implemented in multiple phases using the progressive design-build delivery approach. PCWA supplies drinking water and irrigation water to customers in Placer County, California through a network of treated water (TW) and raw water (RW) pipelines and canals. This network of conveyance facilities crosses I-80 at several locations; there are 24 locations where TW pipelines cross I-80 and 26 locations where RW pipelines cross I-80. Crossings are located as far north-east as Alta, California and as far south as Rocklin, California.
