The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for Sonoma County Water Agency, for firms interested in providing consulting services for its records management practices. Sonoma Water seeks consultation services to evaluate its current records management (RM) processes, technologies, resources, and associated costs. The goal is to establish a standardized and efficient RM program that aligns with regulatory compliance standards, enhances operational effectiveness, minimizes risks, and supports Sonoma Water's overarching strategic objectives. QUESTIONS: Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County's Supplier Portal and email notification. Questions should be sent via e-mail directly to submissions@scwa.ca.gov. Questions will not be accepted by phone. SUPPLIER PORTAL Login to the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal to view the RFP and all supplemental documents. You must be registered in the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal in order to login and view, upload, and download all solicitation documents, and to submit electronic proposals or bids.
