Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Response File Type of Award Lump Sum Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 01/27/2025 4:00 PM (PST) Santa Rosa Water is issuing an RFP seeking qualified firm(s) to provide an information management system for tracking backflow assemblies per state and federal regulatory requirements. Backflow assemblies are owned by property owners and are located on the owner side of the water meter. The City of Santa Rosa's Water Department (Santa Rosa Water) is an urban retail water supplier serving approximately 175,000 residents and over 54,000 service connections in Sonoma County. Drinking water is delivered every day via more than 600 miles of pipeline and infrastructure maintained by Santa Rosa's team of talented water professionals. Ensuring this drinking water supply remains safe, reliable, and meets all regulatory standards is paramount to the ongoing security of our residents and economy.
