An interpretive historic walking path. Expansion of, or improvement to existing outdoor covered stage and pavilion (40' x 40'). Construction of permanent roof structure over current 60' x 140' concrete pad. Outdoor meeting or gathering spaces for use by seniors from nearby nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Other assets that will attract visitors in summer months. Outdoor ice facility for public skating in winter. Other assets that will attract visitors in winter months. TIMELINE: An RFP for conceptual design has been issued by the owner. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
