II. Scope of Work See the included Construction Documents (Drawings and Specifications) for scope of the project. 1. Demolition and Site Preparation: a. Removal of approximately 4,233 square yards of concrete pavement with asphalt overlay. b. Removal of 1,055 square yards of concrete pavement, including curbs along the west side. c. Temporary removal and storage of 46 concrete curb stops. d. Removal of 10 six-inch pipe bollards. e. Saw cutting of 960 linear feet of concrete pavement for precise demolition around sensitive areas. 2. Parking Lot Pavement and Drainage: a. Subgrade preparation to an 18-inch depth across 5,368 square yards. b. Installation of 6.5-inch-thick reinforced concrete pavement. c. Construction of 227 linear feet of 6-inch-tall monolithic concrete curb and gutter. d. Reinstallation of 46 concrete curb stops and 10 six-inch pipe bollards. e. Adjustment of 6 manhole rings and valve boxes to the new pavement level. f. Application of 3,150 linear feet of 4-inch-wide yellow striping and 821 linear feet of fire lane striping. g. Installation of 2 ADA-compliant parking space symbols. h. Application of concrete paint sealer under staircases covering 48 square yards. i. Installation of a 5-foot-wide concrete flume covering 10 square yards. j.
