The Description and Location of the Project is as Follows: This Project is for Bridge Rehabilitation Activities for Ten (10) Structures Along I-95. Construction Includes Replacement of Bridge Parapet on All Ten (10) Structures, Replacement of Latex-modified Concrete Deck Overlay on Nine (9) Structures, Repair or Replacement of Deck Expansion Joints, Painting of Steel Superstructure and Structural Steel Repairs, Substructure Concrete Repairs, Replacement or Repair of Bearings, and Replacement of Bridge Drainage System. In-river Work Consists of Concrete Repairs and Scour Remediation of the River Pier. Additional Work Consists of Sign Structures Replacement, Its, Highway Lighting, and Other Miscellaneous Construction, as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0095 Section Gp1, in Philadelphia County, City of Philadelphia, From Approximately the Enterprise Avenue Interchange at Segment 0140/0141 Offset 2565/2501 to Approximately the Broad Street Interchange at Segment 0164/0165 Offset 0112/0112. Project Cost Range: $275,000,000.00 - $299,999,999.99 Federal Project Status: Federal Oversight Dbe: 9% Structure Work: 76.00% Pre-bid Meeting: None Anticipated Ntp: 12/22/2025 Wage Rates: Yes Required Completion: 08/21/2030 Prequalification Requirement: Yes State Type of Work: Bridge Responses to questions on this page are for informational and clarification purposes. A general contractor has been awarded. Construction is expected to begin in January 2026 and be completed in April 2031. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
