Removal of six (6) existing coated SBS modified bituminous/bur roof assemblies at NRG Station Headhouses #1-4 and Oregon Station Headhouses #5 & #6 inclusive of tapered lightweight concrete fill atop reinforced concrete waffle slab assembly and replacement with roof assembly comprised of 2-ply SBS modified bituminous roof assembly atop tapered and flat polyisocyanurate roof insulation. Structural repairs at exterior concrete column locations, ten (10) per headhouse at NRG Station Headhouses #1-4 and Oregon Staton Headhouses #5 & #6, related granite veneer panel removal and replacement in kind, repair and replacement of granite panel support assemblies. Removal and reinstallation of polished granite coping stone assemblies to accommodate roof removals, and replacement of stainless steel masonry dowel pins and stainless steel counter flashing assemblies, removal and reinstallation of sealant joints, cleaning of polished granite coping stone surfaces. Removal of roof level equipment curbs and install new raised equipment curbs. Providing ground level Maintenance of Pedestrian and Traffic (MPT) during demolition and construction phases.
