Allentown Lead Service Line Replacements, Cycle 2: The Project generally comprises of one thousand (1,000) private side lead service line replacements and the inspections necessary to identify the lead service lines. Question Deadline 10/06/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal. All questions shall be submitted in writing via PennBid Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a Bid bond (in the required form), or certified check, for ten percent of the Bid total. After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only by complying with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations. A summary of such laws and regulations is given in the Instructions to Bidders. The Lehigh County Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid, and to accept the Bid which is in the best interest of the Authority. Yes, the 4-inch through 12-inch line stops are for use on water mains as needed. Line stops shall be gate valve type
