Renovation of a museum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a 30,000-square-foot, one-story above grade museum.
As of November 20, 2025, this bid has been postponed due to funding. Masonry and stucco repairs, installation of a new ramp, window glazing asbestos abatement, window repairs, lighting fixture repairs, replacement, and installation, cupola construction, roofing replacement and repairs, and balustrade replacement and repairs. Glen Foerd is on the Philadelphia Historic Register; therefore, all installations, modifications, and construction work is closely monitored for its impact to the structure and must conform to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. A firm construction timeline has not been established at this point in time. This project has prevailing wage requirements.
