Renovation of an educational facility in Youngstown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 18, 2025 the project has not been awarded yet. The timeline for award has not yet been established.** Separate Bids will be received for each of the following work: Contract C103 - General Trades The work will take place at Lewiston-Porter CSD - Senior High School; 4061 Creek Road, Youngstown, New York 14174 Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. Bidders are required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty of 10 percent of the amount of the Proposal, either by bank cashierís check, payable to the owner, or Bid Bond, conforming to law, and satisfactory to Owner The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept either single bid or the combination bid in the best interest of the District. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality that, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS.
