Wetland Plantings at Four Mile Creek State Park Scope of Work: 1. This contract consists of the following: a. Wetland Plug planting – Plugs estimate to approximately 1.5 plugs per square foot. See section D1 for further planting specifications. b. Live Stake planting –See section D2 for further planting specifications. c. Wetland Seed installation – ERNMX-122 seed mix or owner-approved equivalent. See Table 3 for seeding rate and further information. 2. Basis of Payment total: The Lump Sum price bid shall include the cost of all labor, equipment, and materials including, but not limited to anything necessary to complete the required work. Materials and labor should be itemized per the bid table on the RFQ form. 3. Damaged, wilted, diseased, or dead nursery stock will not be accepted and will be immediately replaced at no expense to the Owner. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for restoring all disturbed areas to original condition or better. 5. A final walk through and inspection will be held before the project is closed out A contractor will be hired to purchase and install 4999 wetland plant plugs, a wetland seed mix, and 100 live stakes at various locations throughout the Four Mile Creek wetland. Please see Figure 1 for a map of the wetland and areas of installation and see Tables 1, 2, and 3 for details on species and amounts. Vendor Questions due 2/26, 5pm End Date: December 31, 2025 All RFQ responses must be valid for at least 90 days. For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors.
