The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to secure a qualified contractor to provide planning guidance, supply, installation, and training for the matrix replacement at the Keystone Centre for its many significant events. These services are currently provided by an existing audio system, managed in house. The Keystone Centre will allow the Contractor to begin on site work beginning April 15, 2025. The Matrix Replacement must be functional by August 7th, 2025. Work can continue to take place until August 31st, 2025, but must be completed by this date. The Contractor will have to abide by previously scheduled events in the facility and work on creating a room availability schedule with the Keystone Centre.
