For any information, the bidder must contact Jean-Luc Leonard, head of the procurement section of the Town of L'Assomption, in writing only, by e-mail at appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, at least seven (7) days before the bid opening to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before the bid opening. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered.
