Reference number: 20050558 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-03-05 Question Deadline 03/07/2025 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 The Ville de L'Assomption is seeking tenders for the development of Place Karl-Tremblay and the construction of a service building. The contract calls for the development of Place Karl-Tremblay and the construction of a service building. The contractor will provide the labour, machinery and all materials required to complete the work described in the plans, which include, among other things: - Construction of a service building - Layout of the public square with installation of furniture and fixed equipment to allow everyone to enjoy the space in all seasons - Landscaping including the planting of trees and plants representative of Quebec - Construction of a water fountain with ecological water management The work also includes all related work required to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. For any information, the bidder must contact, in writing only, the head of the procurement division of the Town of L'Assomption, by e-mail at appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, at least seven (7) days before the bid opening to allow a project manager to respond to all requests before the bid opening. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered.
