The bid is accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified cheque or bank draft, or a bid bond payable to the RCM of L'Assomption representing at least 10% of the amount of the bid. Also, the submission must be accompanied by an execution commitment issued by an insurance company or a letter of commitment guaranteeing that a certified cheque equal to at least thirty percent (30%) of the total value of the bid will be deposited if he becomes the successful bidder.
