The contract consists of the stabilization and rehabilitation of the landslide located on the edge of 145, rang du Bas-de-L'Assomption Sud. The contractor shall provide the workforce, machinery and all materials to complete the works described in the plans including among others: The construction site organization Environmental protection Site preparation, including clearing and demolition of guardrails Earthmoving The stabilization works The drainage elements, including the existing culvert (street work) to be extended and the development of the culvert ends The asphalt pavement coating The sheet pilings The addition of topsoil, hydraulic seeding and plantations The planting of shrubs The work in front of the street REQUIREMENTS Each bid must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft, irrevocable guarantee or bid bond issued in favour of the City of L'Assomption for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, including taxes.
