Reference number: 20104667 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-12-01 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 Design, Supply and Redevelopment of the Playground and Play Modules At the Parks Passe-soleil, Leopold-kay and Henri-foucher PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of L'Assomption is requesting bids for the design, supply and redevelopment of the playground and play modules at the Passe-Soleil, Leopold-Kay and Henri-Foucher parks. The main objective of the call for tenders issued by the City is to submit a park development concept for the following three (3) parks: Parc Passe-Soleil, Parc Leopold-Kay and Parc Henri-Foucher. The project must be complete and turnkey. In particular, the following elements must be integrated into the concept presented: The removal and scrapping of existing modules; Drainage of play areas and connection to the municipal storm sewer system; - the storm system can be a valley, a ditch or in a rain pipe depending on the park Minimize the cutting of existing trees and ensure additional planting; Installation of new playgrounds with new surfaces; Installation of new urban furniture; Recreational spaces must highlight the environment in which they are inserted; The proposed developments should reflect a modern, urban and upscale theme, in line with the latest trends; Special attention must be paid to inclusiveness; Particular attention must be paid to the connection between the different spaces set up. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond issued in favour of the City of L'Assomption for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, before taxes.
