Site work and paving for a civil project in L'Assomption, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City road, water and sewer infrastructure. The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work in the sector between Pierrot Est and Bertrand streets and Boulevard de l'Ange-Gardien Nord in Domaine Papin area of the City. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. According to the owner's scheduling the development of the construction program will be as follows: Tender for the contractor of Phase 3 is anticipated in spring 2026. Tender for the contractor of Phase 4 is anticipated in early 2027. Tender for the contractor of Phase 5 is anticipated in early 2028. Notes: - The firm Groupe ABS was awarded to provide the material quality and soil environmental control for the project implementation. - The second phase of the construction program is followed in the report under CRM ID name Papin Domain Infrastructure Rehabilitation, Phase 2.
