Site work and paving for a civil project in L'Assomption, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City road, water and sewer infrastructure. The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work in the sector between Pierrot Est and Bertrand streets and Boulevard de l'Ange-Gardien Nord in Domaine Papin area of the City. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing and is prepared by construction phases. Tender for the third phase contractor has been issued and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Renovation of the Papin Estate's Infrastructure - Phase 3. Award of this phase contractor and start of construction are anticipated in mid-summer 2026. Further update at that time. Notes: - According to the owner's preliminary scheduling the development of the construction program will be as follows: a. Tender for the contractor of Phase 4 is anticipated in early 2027. b. Tender for the contractor of Phase 5 is anticipated in early 2028. - The firm Groupe ABS was awarded to provide the material quality and soil environmental control for the project implementation (contract agreements VLA-DP-CQM-202625 /20141656) and VLA-DP-CQM-202528 /20081682). - The second phase of the construction program is followed in the report under CRM ID name Papin Domain Infrastructure Rehabilitation, Phase 2.
