**As of April 04, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project includes, but is not limited to, concrete repair/rehabilitation of the City of Hermosa Beach North Pier Parking Structure. The project includes repairs for concrete work, waterproofing enhancement, installing new guardrails, new barrier cables, conditioning of the air in the electrical room, maintenance/repairs, new sump pumps, new level transducer, power washing of the concrete surfaces, restriping, and aesthetic repairs of the parking structure and other related work to complete the work per project's plans and specifications. The engineer's cost estimate for the project is $1,800,000 License requirement is a valid State of California Contractors License Class "A" California Contractor's License.
