Fortis Construction is seeking proposals for the University of Oregon (UO) Hamilton Walton Transformation Project (HWTP), Phase 3 Hamilton Open Space. The project is owned by UO and located on the corner of 13th and Agate, in Eugene, OR. Fortis is the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the University of Oregon (UO). Demolition of existing residence hall (Hamilton Hall), regrade, and replace with open green space, tree planting, landscape mounds, concrete pedestrian pathways, and site utility infrastructure including temporary water connections for events.
