It includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Interior woodwork, shelving, wood jamb extensions, mullion strips, furring, wood baseboards, etc. .2 Installation of miscellaneous specialties and other items and material, supplied under other sections of the specifications as arranged by the Contractor. .3 Wood Stairs. Commercial General Liability Insurance: Without restricting the generality of Section 5 - Indemnity hereof, the Contractor shall maintain, at its expense, Commercial General Liability Insurance acceptable to NLHC to protect NLHC against all liabilities or damages in respect of injuries to persons (including injuries resulting in death) in the minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) with respect to the operations of the Contractor and/or its Sub-Contractors and in respect of damages to property arising out of performance of the Work. This insurance shall include NLHC and the occupant of the property as Additional Insureds. The Contractor shall not commence any work until a Certificate of Insurance, obtained at the Contractor's expense, has been received and approved by NLHC as specified herein.
