Closing Time: 1:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/05 12:00:00 AM NST 1.The contractor shall perform an on-site inspection of all fire extinguishers located in Address Schedule and shall carry out a further similar inspection not more than twelve (12) months from each relevant inspection date for the duration of the contract. 2. The duration of the contract is Two (2) years with an option to extend for year Three (3), as per the same contract obligation and costs. Extension of contract must be agreed upon by both parties. 3.Access to premises to permit inspection of equipment shall be arranged by NL Housing in consultation with the service provider. 72 hours notice to be given to NL Housing for preparation and distribution of notices to clients. 4.Service provider to submit NL Housing with a list of inspections within seven (7) business days from date of inspection. All other extinguishers shall have affixed a record of date of inspection and certification. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
