Renovation of a retail development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
Bids received after this deadline will not be considered. All bids received prior to the deadline will be publicly opened and read immediately after the submission deadline at Prosper Portland's office in the Commission Meeting room located on the 1st floor at the address listed above. The Work is described more fully in the bid solicitation documents and involves a build out of an existing ground floor cold-shell retail suite and minor improvements of an existing ground floor warm shell retail suite. Construction methods are expected to include minor concrete slab infill, new walls, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and minor finishes. This solicitation is for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Oregon Prevailing Wage law), and successful bidder will be required to comply with Owner's Business and Workforce Equity requirements. This pre-bid meeting will allow prospective bidders to see the site and ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract. A BIDDER'S FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID MEETING WILL CAUSE ANY BID SUBMITTED BY THAT BIDDER TO BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND THE BID WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
