This should not be interpreted to mean that the make or model specified is the only one acceptable. Basic Warranty: The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply. The warranty shall be honored by all manufacturers' dealers in New York State. The warranty period for all coverage shall begin on the date the GNSS Package is accepted or put in service, whichever occurs last. Equipment: All items of standard equipment which are normally provided by the manufacture shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted or are specified to be other than standard. When optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the manufacture's data book as being included with the options shall be furnished. Inspection/Acceptance: The products furnished under these specifications shall be inspected by, or at the direction of the GC Soil & Water Conservation Senior Field Manager or his designee at the destination.
