Ground Maintenance Services The term of the awarded contract shall be for three years beginning in March of 2025. with the City reserving the sole option to renew for two additional consecutive one-year periods for 2029 and 2030 under the same terms and conditions. Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by emailing Patty Reuter at preuter@ucitymo.org by January 31, 2025 at 11am CST. Bidders must complete and submit with their bids the Non-Collusion Affidavit included with the Bid Form and 5% Bid Bond. Bidders shall also complete and submit the following forms: The City of University City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
