Site work and renovation of a civil project in Wilson, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
General The Town of Black Creek has been designated as a Sub-Recipient of the County of Wilson Funding in the amount of $4,452,950.00. Any awards pursuant to this procurement are contingent upon written receipt and approval of funding obligating documents. No funds will be obligated until appropriate documents are executed and conditions removed. The RFQ contents have been reviewed in detail and approved for use in this program. D. E. F. Small, women's business enterprises and/or minority owned firms are encouraged to submit qualifications. - Project Scope The proposed project consists of the following activities. The Construction of a new water well house with a submersible pump and standby generator at an existing ground water well. Additionally, installing raw water line and associated materials to tie the new well to an existing Treatment Plant. Also, incorporating Radium Removal Ra-Mox HMO water treatment system at the existing Treatment Plant. Scope of Requested Services 1. Necessary engineering surveys (not to include property or right-of-way surveys)
