The Berryessa Union School District is seeking qualified and experienced licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for for exterior painting at Vinci Park Elementary School. The Berryessa Union School District is seeking qualified and experienced licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for Exterior Siding Replacement at Vinci Park Elementary School. The work includes removing the existing exterior siding, installing new Siding, and all associated work. The District shall award the Contract, if it awards it at all, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on: The Base Bid plus alternates. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities, accept or reject any or all bids, and be the sole judge of merit and suitability of the workmanship and materials.
