construction of the Skysail Intersection Improvements Project located in Collier County, Florida, Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment and services of every kind and type necessary to diligently, timely, and fully perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the Work required by the Contract Documents. The project consists of construction of northbound left and right turn lanes from Oil Well Road at the proposed connection to Vela Blvd, southbound left turn lane from Oil Well Road to DeSoto Blvd, and eastbound and westbound turn lanes from DeSoto Blvd onto Oil Well Rd. The work also includes proposed side drains and mitered ends, grading, modification of existing drainage structure, mill and overlay of existing pavement, directional bore of 6" conduit under Oil Well Road, direct bury of 6" and 2" conduit, pavement markings, signage and maintenance of traffic.
